Depression is a holding cell. It keeps me confined to my mind for something I didn't do. It comes like the flip of a switch. One moment everything is okay and the next I'm falling apart. I tell this to my mom. She says, "Everything will be okay." Every time she said it it only made me feel worse. She says, "Lets try therapy." But all it does is give someone a reason to judge me. They tell me the way I think is wrong. They judge me for something I cannot control. When I told my mom I didn't want to go to therapy anymore, her face dropped. She began to realize that her little girl might not be fixable. So after crying in the shower, the only place I can be alone, I tell her, "Okay. I will keep going to therapy." Earthquake Story

At 8:12 a.m. Monday morning an earthquake rocked San Fransisco Bay area killing and injuring civilians. "I was eating my breakfast when the room started rolling," Hayward resident Mike Beamer said. "I dove under the table just as I heard an explosion outside and a chunk of cement flew through my kitchen window. That's when the screaming started across the street." The earthquake had a magnitude of 6.4 and occurred on the Hayward Fault. "It was a strong one," scientist from the U.S. Geological Survey in Menlo Park Penny Gertz said. McHenry's Auto Shop Supply had partially collapsed causing two deaths and six injured. "My shop was left a mess," McHenry's Auto Supply owner Richard Rich said. Who: Janice Jones What: Got shot in leg When: 10p.m. Wednesday Where: In her motor home Why: Her handgun went off How: Her dog knocked her handgun off the seat Wednesday night 53 year old Janice Jones was shot in her leg in her motorhome when her dog knocked her handgun off of a seat. "I didn't think Tombo could cause such a problem," Jones said. "Next time I eat he's gonna be locked in his crate." Animal control officer Janet Ngo conforms that Tombo had appeared to be malnourished. "It could have done with a little less abuse and a few more of those pork chops," Ngo said. "Poor dog had cigarette burns on his forehead." California Highway Patrol press liaison Tammy Rye said Jones was in trouble despite not caring of her dog. "Jones is being cited for expired plates," Rye said. "Also, she did not have her gun registered causing a problem with the county's district attorney's office."
